Our Footprints

By the end of 2023, we have invested in three projects mainly, including one refining project (Yanbu Refinery in Saudi Arabia, completed), one chemical project (Amur Natural Gas Chemical in Russia, under construction), and one equity investment project (Sibur, Russia). Meanwhile, there are several projects under development, such as natural gas chemical industry in Kazakhstan, Sri Lanka refinery, and Yanbu refinery+.

Our Potential Projects

Our business development focuses on the Middle East, Central Asia & Russia, Southeast Asia and other countries along the "the Belt and Road", also including Europe, Africa and South America, and focuses on exploring high-quality refining and petrochemical projects with strong competitiveness that can drive the coordinated development of the group's engineering services, sales, trade, new energy and other businesses. The investment methods include sole proprietorship, joint venture, and operational equity (mergers and acquisitions) investment.
